• Each employee of Fence & Deck Connection has pledged and signed a code of ethics to observe high standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in the conduct of business
• Provide the client with enough information so that they may make an informed and educated decision.
• To promptly respond to all client inquiries with accurate, relevant information.
• Promote regular communication with our clients through the entire project process to update all parties of the current project status.
• Promptly inform the client of any problems that would cause a delay in the completion of their project, and to offer solutions to those problems keeping the clients best interest based on time, budget and convenience.
• To employ skilled, knowledgeable craftsmen and to continuously train and educate them in all aspects of the industry.
• By promoting only those products and services which are functionally and economically sound, and which are consistent with objective standards of health, safety and workmanship.
• By writing all contracts and warranties such that they are fair and mutually beneficial to all parties concerned, such that they are free of ambiguities or omissions which tend to obscure contractual obligations, and such that warranty terms and provisions are free of the capacity to mislead or deceive the client as to quality or longevity of the product of service;
• By honoring all contractual obligations until and unless they are altered or dissolved by the mutual consent of all contractual parties concerned, and by fulfilling those obligations in a reasonably prompt manner that is fair to all parties concerned;
• By promptly acknowledging and acting on all client complaints, and, in situations where complaints appear unreasonable and persistent, by encouraging the client to initiate an approved third party dispute settlement mechanism; and
• By refraining from any act intended to restrain or suppress competition, and to thereby promote the private enterprise system and its guarantee of equal rights for all.
