The sales rep was very professional, very fair and not pushy at all. He made suggestions for things that we would have otherwise not known about. I had sketched my own design and he did not try to change it. (I had other estimates prior and their reps totally redesigned my plan, and did not want to hear what I wanted). He had decking samples ready for us to see during our appointment and had the paver samples delivered the next day for us to look at. A proposed plan/blueprint was presented to us within a week of signing the contract. It took several weeks for the permit. The deck was completed in 2 days, and the paver walkways were done in about 4 days. After all work was done, a supervisor came to inspect the work done and go over care instructions and to answer any questions. We love our deck and walkways and always get compliments!! FDC is GREAT and highly recommended!!!!

The crew that actually built the screened room was both professional and courteous. They even cleaned up the yard before they left each day. Eric was particularly helpful when discussing a change and getting back to me with the additional cost. Mrs. Funkhouser was very pleasant to talk with concerning payment. Ms. Barnhill even completed my warranties for me so that all I had to do was sign them. I hope my letter adequately expresses our appreciation.
