Fence & Deck Connection continues to closely follow updates and guidelines from the CDC, World Health Organization, and actions initiated by Governor Larry Hogan regarding COVID-19. Since mid-March, Fence & Deck Connection has remained open for modified project design consultations and installations and we continue to serve our wonderful customers through the state of Maryland.
We want to assure you that our team has implemented plans and procedures to ensure the health and safety of our valued customers and team members. Both our Millersville and Annapolis showrooms remain open to the public, by appointment only, to limit traffic in and out of our locations. During this time, onsite design consultations and quote reviews are best limited to outdoor spaces only. If you’d feel more comfortable, however, our sales team can also conduct virtual meetings, using applications such as FaceTime, Skype, or Google Hangouts as they carry out their outdoor walk-throughs.
Please note that due to COVID-19, we have experienced significant delays in our typical production process as a result of county permit backlogs and material shipment availability. Additionally, customers may experience longer project timelines for wood and vinyl fence installations.
We want to assure you that we are continuously addressing these unique circumstances and we will do everything we can to restock and complete your project as quickly as possible. Our team will communicate any changes or delays concerning your project timeline in the coming weeks.
