It\u2019s understandable to think about your immediate needs, but if you plan on selling in the next few years (especially in this market!), a new deck might be a great investment. According to Remodeling, homeowners who installed a 16 x 20 foot pressure-treated wooden deck onto their house recouped an average of 85.45% of the cost of the original project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While these Columbia, Maryland homeowners chose to invest in a composite deck instead of a pressure-treated wood deck, there&#8217;s no doubt they&#8217;ll reap the same benefits. White vinyl Washington-style railings and white fascia wraps the space, and matching railings with a grab rail were added to the basement steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
