Like many homes in new builder communities, this home in Bel Air was left without a proper backyard deck. Our clients contacted Fence &amp; Deck Connection to put the finishing touch on their backyard space. The structure was completed using Dark Roast TimberTech secured using hidden fasteners. The TimberTech PRO Reserve collection offers a vivid and elegant blend of colors that are inspired by reclaimed wood. These boards are extremely resistant to moisture intrusion as there are no wood or mineral fillers in the cap, are resistant to mold, color fading, and stain damage with a protected, cleanable surface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A matching seam board was placed where the deck and landing meet. White vinyl Washington-style railings with black square aluminum railing safely encloses the new space with a matching gate at the top of a set of 3 steps. The deck is finished by the addition of white PVC fascia with mitered corners and capped with Cortex plugs.
