After all, your front porch makes the very first impression for neighbors, guests, and potential buyers!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David King, one of Fence &amp; Deck Connection\u2019s knowledgeable Project Consultants, met with homeowners in Pasadena, Maryland to discuss their vision for their new front porch, as their wood porch was showing signs of age. During that initial meeting, our Sales Consultants go over product recommendations and provide various color options of composite decking in various price points. While wood is a popular and classic choice for front porches and backyard decks, it does require yearly maintenance \u2014 sanding, staining, sealing, and panting. Like many wood fences or decks, this home&#8217;s didn&#8217;t get the attention it needed. Life is busy \u2014 why worry about maintaining your outdoor space than enjoying it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To solve that problem, we installed nearly 200 sq. ft. of maintenance-friendly TimberTech Edge Prime+ composite decking in Sea Salt Gray. Featuring a subtle, straight grain pattern, the long-lasting, scalloped decking in this collection creates an authentic wood visual that is sure to impress.
