At Fence &amp; Deck Connection, our knowledgeable Project Consultants are able to work with homeowners to design a deck that fits within those rules and regulations, while adding design elements and accessories that personalize the outdoor space. The expertly crafted framework supports 184 sq. ft. of TimberTech EdgePrime+ composite decking in Sea Salt Gray. TimberTech Edge Prime+ brings affordable, beautifully monochromatic decking to your outdoor living space with moderately varied hues. Featuring a subtle, straight grain pattern, the long-lasting, scalloped decking in this collection creates an authentic wood visual that is sure to impress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A feature board on the steps creates a \u201cpicture frame\u201d accent, and White vinyl Washington-style railing with black round aluminum spindles encloses the new decking area and a gate at the top of the stairs secures the deck space \u2013 great for keeping small children or pets safely contained. \u00a0We also installed 6&#8242; of white vinyl privacy panel with black spindles. With townhomes being close together, outdoor privacy is a coveted commodity, and privacy panels are a great addition for daytime entertaining or nighttime gatherings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>White textured fascia wraps the deck creating a clean, finished look, while the front of the deck was designed with white vinyl lattice.
