This can contribute to an attractive outdoor space that complements the overall aesthetic of the townhome community. While composite decking is a little pricier than traditional wood decking, Trex luckily provides great decking options that fit within any budget!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homeowners in Laurel, Maryland chose Fence &amp; Deck Connection to remodel their townhome deck that was rotting through in some spots and required far too much maintenance for a busy lifestyle. Enhance Saddle is an easy-to-match shade of medium brown, featuring a low-maintenance, wood-like grain pattern. This color is very similar to their original wood decking, but no need to sand, stain or paint! We then enclosed the second story space with white vinyl Washington-style railings with black aluminum balusters \u2014 a popular choice for townhome decks that match virtually any deck hue and home exterior. Thirteen steps lead down to the wooded area below, and PVC fascia wraps the perimeter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>After: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
