We first removed and hauled away 276 feet of the existing wooden deck, railing, and steps, as well as the footer concrete pads. We then installed a new, to-code pressure treated wood frame that supports 266 sq. ft. of TimberTech Edge Prime+ Sea Salt decking with a matching seam board. Sea Salt Gray is one of our popular stock deck boards \u2014 a medium gray with cool and warm undertones to create a versatile, gently weathered wood look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No sanding, staining or sealing is required with maintenance-friendly composite decking! Additionally, this type of decking features a 100% polymer, 3-sided cap that extends inside the grooves of grooved-shoulder boards for enhanced protection against moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White vinyl Washington-style railing with standard white square balusters safely encloses the new space, and white vinyl fascia board wraps the sides of the deck for a clean polished look.
