With spring and summer quickly approaching, our fence and deck installation company receives many requests for creating custom projects to turn backyards into the perfect outdoor oasis for relaxation and entertainment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month, we’re proud to feature a project out of Sparks, Maryland. Our Project Consultant, Jacob Wolod worked with the clients to transform their backyard for an upcoming wedding celebration. <\/p>\n\n\n

To bring our client’s vision to life, our Production Team worked closely with Jake to provide detailed drawings and deliver a seamless customer experience. With a plan and complete project timeline, our hardworking crew started by demolishing and hauling away the existing deck, seen above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 600 square foot TimberTech Azek deck in a beautiful Autumn Chestnut color was built with complementary white vinyl railing. The support posts and beam are also wrapped in low maintenance vinyl materials, giving the deck a clean, finished appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TimberTech Azek decking is a great choice for a low maintenance deck material because it comes with a 50 Year Fade & Stain Warranty. It is impervious to moisture, offers superior slip resistance and stays cooler on sunny days \u2014 perfect for all season use! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, we added a custom 16 x 20 white vinyl pergola with round columns, which creates a beautiful outdoor space for hanging nighttime lights or climbing plants that provide shade and vibrant greenery. Without a doubt, the new pergola will become a beautiful accent piece for the client’s upcoming wedding celebration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“From the design phase, to the demolition, to the finished product, Fence and Deck Connection came through for us. Jake even traveled to the showroom on a Sunday to show us rail and deck examples and walk us through the features of the Pergola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TJ did a great job  coordinating the delivery of supplies and supervising the crew. Even though we were inundated with rain storms in the winter season, the deck was put together with attention to detail and perfection. The team of workers were very neat and organized. They even spread straw and grass seed at the completion of the job to remediate any mud (we had a LOT of rain). We love the Azek Chestnut flooring and the elegant white railing. We are in the process of having our home remodeled with new French doors opening out onto the Pergola,  and all the subcontractors who come through the deck remark at how beautiful the deck and pergola are. It\u2019s definitely an architectural feature of our home.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
