As a homeowner, ensuring the safety and integrity of your pool area is crucial, and a key component of this is ensuring you have a properly installed and maintained pool fence.
When your pool fence begins to rot, it not only is unappealing to the eye, but it compromises both security and safety. A rotting fence can easily collapse or break, providing unsupervised access to the pool, which poses significant risks, especially to children and pets. Additionally, deteriorating materials can cause injuries from splinters or sharp edges. Upgrading to a new, code-compliant pool fence not only restores the protective barrier, preventing accidental drownings and unauthorized entry, but also enhances the overall aesthetic and value of your property.
Davidsonville homeowners reached out to Fence & Deck Connection to replace their rotting and dilapidating wooden perimeter and pool fence before summer. Project Consultant Joel Lewis worked with our customers, starting with an onsite fence estimate, to design a new fencing solution using beautiful and maintenance-friendly privacy vinyl fencing.

We first removed approximately 290′ of the existing wood fencing before the installation of the new fence began. Our hardworking crews then installed 308′ of 6′ tall white vinyl privacy fencing with New England style post caps. An additional 8′ panel of 54″ tall matching fencing hides and encloses the pool equipment. Three 5′ wide walk gates with pool code hardware provide access in and out of the fenced in yard. The new fencing looks incredibly more attractive than the previous wood fencing and ensures a safe environment for our Anne Arundel County clients!
