Spending time on your back porch or deck with your closest friends and family is the perfect way to spend long summer nights and cool fall afternoons. If you live in a townhome, subdivision, city neighborhood, you might find your property lines particularly close for private get-togethers. A privacy fence is a great way to keep social gatherings intimate and minimize disturbing your close neighbors with lights and noise.
Homeowners in Annapolis, Maryland contacted Fence & Deck Connection to replace the various wood fencing styles that secured their property. Wood fencing requires yearly maintenance, and can share signs of rot and wear over time. Vinyl fences are extremely sturdy and can easily withstand wear, tear, and natural elements. They can even minimize damage to your garden or lawn furniture during high winds or severe storms.
With the help of Project Consultant Eddie Serrano, this home in Anne Arundel County now has a well-crafted fence that increases the home’s value, adds a spark of curb appeal, and will last for years to come!
We first removed and hauled away approximately 576′ of existing wood fencing, before getting to work on the new vinyl fencing! Our hardworking, talented crews installed two different heights of white vinyl privacy fencing with New England style post caps on the sprawling property — 330′ of 6′ fencing, and 212′ fencing. One 6′ wide fencing section transitions from 6′ high to 4′ high with an “S” bend transition rail.
Three 4′ x 4′ white vinyl walk gates with armor latches, while two existing vinyl gate latches were replaced with armor latches as well. These premium quality gate latches are a nice safety upgrade with reliable magnetic closing power, locking and unlocking from both sides, and are made from strong polyvinyl resin.
