Redecking involves removing your railings, decking, and stairs but keeping the existing structure/frame. Before:
We first removed the existing decking, railings, lattice, and steps. Before replacing the deck boards, we inspected the framework to make sure it was structurally sound for a redecking project. Then, we installed TimberTech Reserve decking in the Dark Roast color, including a matching feature board that “picture frames” the deck. Inspired by reclaimed wood, these boards feature a rough wire-brushed, low-gloss finish that highlights the classic cathedral wood grain pattern. In addition, they offer superior scratch resistance and feature Mold Guard™ Technology that protects the plank from the elements and everyday accidents endured by most decks.
