Carl and his team were fantastic. I can't say enough about Carl. My experience from the beginning to the end was a great experience. I remember the day when I first met Chris, he was very polite, patient and most knowledgeable on all aspects of my new project. Chris thought of things that I didn't, he knew what I didn't know...the needs of a potential customer. Chris walked me through every detail and the best thing it all came to fruition! When I was turned over to Billy the Project Manager my experience with him was just as smooth and transparent. Billy was available when I was available and was just as knowledgeable on all the aspects. My fence looks great and I am very pleased with the overall outcome!

You and your crew should be proud for the production and the quality of the materials used. I am especially impressed with the way your crew worked seamlessly. My first contact with Fence & Deck was with Christopher (Chris) Holmes. This representative is what's missing from customer service today. First and foremost, he was early for our appointment!!! (This is unheard of nowadays). In my world, early is on time and if you're on time you're late. It's nice to see that there still are people and companies in this world that value your time and I greatly appreciate this thank you. He walked me through every aspect of the job, gave me every scenario (for best pricing) and even guided me through securing the permit with the county. Chris went above and beyond, not out to make money but to ensure satisfaction. Then I met with Bill Wolfe for a final walk through to cross the "T's" & dot the "I's". Nice representative with a personality and was also early!!! While doing the final walk thru, I had a great conversation with him. Cheryl was able to get the installation scheduled about a week after the final walk thru. The team showed up (need I say again, early...) these guys. They were very efficient and precise. They knocked my project out in a few hours literally before lunch time. William Lighthouse stepped in with a small issue I had during my personal inspection and he resolved it the following day. I got estimates from 6 other companies before Fence & Deck Connection. The whole experience with the entire team was top notch for me. I will be using them again for my decking project. You should consider them as well.

Nicole Bailey, your employee, told me that I should get a proposal from Fence and Deck Connection when I mentioned we needed to have our deck replaced. She told me that your company did great work. Nicole was right! Christopher Holmes was great to work with on the proposal, design, and estimate. John Kilchenstein consulted with me several times as we planned the project, which was important because we were working in close quarters in Annapolis. John was fantastic, a real problem solver who I could always count upon for help and support while I went through the permitting process. Facundo and his team were simply incredible to work with. Awesome craftsmanship and just terrific at taking care of our property while they were here. My wife and I love the deck. My experience with Fence and Deck was awesome. I met with Chris Holmes, Sales Consultant, who was professional and knowledgeable about vinyl fencing. He sent me a reasonable and affordable estimate in a timely fashion, as promised. He introduced me to William ?Billy? Lighthouse, the project manager for my project. Billy referred me to Cheryl Taylorson to schedule my installation date and I was impressed with the quick turn around time to get my project done as other companies availability was twice and sometimes three times longer than Fence and Deck. On the day of my project, Carlos was very efficient in getting my project done and I am completely happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Fence and Deck for your fence and deck needs.

I needed to replace an old 105' wooden fence on our farm. I received several estimates and Fence & Deck Connection, after a very professional examination of the situation and a very clear explanation of the replacement plan, presented me with the lowest bid. Another fence company's bid was three times the cost! After choosing Fence & Deck Connection, I had two more visits from their personnel to plan the installation.
