There are all sorts of materials to choose from for your fencing needs, including vinyl, pressure treated wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link. While chain link is the most budget friendly of the options, it certainly doesn’t give the privacy or security of a wooden or vinyl fence. Additionally, it doesn’t offer the charm and appeal of other materials. Jake Wolod worked with homeowners in Odenton, Maryland to beautify their yard using Mocha Walnut colored vinyl fencing — a major upgrade from the dilapidating chain link fence that surrounded that enclosed their yard.

We first removed some of the existing chain link fencing in the front, side, and backyard of the home, and installed 281′ feet of 6′ tall vinyl privacy fencing in the stunning Mocha Walnut color. Instead of traditional white vinyl privacy fencing, or pressure treated wood fencing that requires sealing and staining throughout the years, Mocha Walnut is made of premium heavy duty vinyl, and has the appearance of a dark wood color with wood grain. No need to worry about yearly painting and touchups – this beautiful color is long lasting!
New England style post caps adorn the top of the fence, and two gates provide access to and from the backyard — one 4′ wide walk gate, and one 10′ wide double gate. The new fencing is so much more visibly pleasing and adds instant curb appeal to the home and yard!
