The project began with the removal and haul away of the homeowner’s existing fence. As with every job we take on, our crew handled the demolition and cleanup efficiently, ensuring the area was fully prepped for the new installation.
For the new fence, the homeowner selected approximately 260 feet of 6′ high vinyl fencing in a beautiful cypress color — a rich, earthy tone that complements the surrounding landscape while offering a modern, clean aesthetic. Vinyl fencing is not only visually appealing, but also a long-lasting, low-maintenance option ideal for Maryland’s seasonal weather fluctuations.
To maintain easy access to the backyard, we installed two gates: one 4′ wide and another 5′ wide. Both gates were equipped with sturdy and secure Keystone latches, which are known for their sleek design and reliable functionality.
