Mark Keeney
I have over 25 years of experience in Residential Sales, serving as both a sales consultant and a sales manager. I am dedicated to supporting my team in providing a best-in-class customer experience. I live in Arnold with my wife and daughter, and in my free time, I enjoy crabbing, cooking for family and friends, and cheering on the Ravens and Orioles.
Jeffrey Hagan
Jeffrey Hagan is a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of experience in the fencing and decking industry. As a Director of Sales at Fence & Deck Connection, he is committed to fostering a high-performing team and delivering exceptional results. A proud resident of Maryland since graduating from Salisbury University, Jeffrey is also a dedicated family man who enjoys rooting for the Ravens and hitting the golf course in his free time.
Brian Hannon
Since 2007, Brian has been a residential sales representative at Fence & Deck Connection. Formerly in the United States Army, Brian now lives in Edgewater with his two daughters, Kayla & Savannah. He enjoys golfing, the Ravens, and attending all of his daughters sporting events.
Kevin Bullion
Kevin proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 14 yrs. as a Cryptologic Technician. Has been in the Home Improvement community since 2000. He uses his attention to detail and knowledge of different construction techniques to assist his customers in the design of their project. He currently lives in Severn, MD with his wife Brenda and their Pug Tucker. He enjoys spending time with friends and family. Go Ravens & O’s.
David King
David King’s professional career in the built environment began with an internship with the Smithsonian Institution for a summer and then he proceeded to get his horticulture and landscape architecture degrees. Upon graduation, he worked with Oehme, van Sweden & Associates for 5 years working on such projects as the WWII Memorial, the Chicago Botanic Garden, and the HGTV Dream Home 2002. After leaving he became a registered landscape architect and worked with (3) respected landscape design build companies in the Washington Metropolitan area for a total of 7 years. In 2010, he joined Fence and Deck Connection where he ran the landscape division for a year and then joined the general sales team in June of 2011. He has also won (2) ALCA awards for excellence in landscape design, (1) Perennial Plant Association Award for a project in Annapolis, MD, and (1) residential ASLA award for project contribution to a design for a residential island retreat in South Carolina. His work has appeared in Architecture in the Garden by James van Sweden, Coastal Living, Southern Living, and Garden Design magazine. He also likes Chihuahuas and Chinese noodles.
Tracy Ours
Tracy has been in the design / build industry for over 30 years. He has owned and operated his own businesses over the years and understands the needs and concerns of his customers. Customer satisfaction is his top priority. Tracy has been with Fence and Deck Connection since 2011 and is happy to share Fence & Deck Connection’s commitment to excellence with every customer.
Tracy Ours currently resides on Kent Island with his lovely wife and 3 beautiful daughters. They enjoy spending time on the water together fishing and crabbing.
Andrew Vidulich
As a seasoned part of the team, Andrew focuses on providing an exceptional world class experience with every customer. He helps clients visualize their projects from start to finish. Andrew uses many tools to help each client including the use of samples that can be felt and touched to 3D models where designs come to life. He relies on his Ivy League education from Cornell University and over 15 years of experience to help design client’s dream projects. He is dedicated to customer service and will always go the extra mile to make sure that his customers are taken care of. When he is not working, he enjoys fishing and family time with his wife and 3 children.
Steve Nehus
Steven Nehus has been in the residential sales industry since 2008, and joined the Fence & Deck Connection team in 2016. His goal is to help guide his clients along with their projects from start to finish. Customer service and attention to detail are his top priorities. He will always treat your home like his own, and will carefully explain all of your options to you.
He has lived in Maryland his entire life, and currently lives in Harford county with his wife, son, and their dog and cats. He enjoys spending time outside, and tries to watch as many Orioles games as possible. Go O’s!
Jeff Gottleib
Jeff joined the Fence & Deck Connection team in 2017, and has been in the building materials industry since early 2000. He enjoys meeting new people and working with them from product selection/ design to final completion. He believes in treating his customers the way he wants to be treated when making a purchase. Customer satisfaction is his #1 priority!
Jeff is a life-long resident of Anne Arundel county, currently residing in Linthicum with his wife and daughter. Outside of work enjoys enjoy watching his daughter play collegiate softball and camping with his family and friends.
Chris Holmes
Chris Holmes joined the Fence and Deck Connection sales team in 2017, bringing over 20 years of experience in the building supply industry in both residential and commercial sales.
He is a resident of Charles County and has two beautiful daughters. He is also an avid sports fan. His goal is to make your purchasing experience enjoyable and he looks forward to helping you with your project.
Jake Wolod
Jacob currently lives in Annapolis on the Broadneck peninsula with his wife, daughter, and new born son. He loves coaching his daughter’s soccer team and loves watching her play. When they are not at practice or a game, they like to go fishing, crabbing, or take a day trip to the beach or mountains. He has been in the customer service business for over 20 years and he looks forward to working with you in creating a memorable and painless experience with Fence & Deck Connection no matter what the project is.
Joel Lewis
Joel currently lives in Annapolis Md. on the Broadneck Peninsula. He has experience in Team Management, Project Coordination, and over 20 years of Customer Service and Project Management. He believes assurance, accountability, and integrity along with a positive attitude is the perfect recipe for 100% customer satisfaction.
Joel, a lifelong Anne Arundel County resident, loves Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay. He is a devoted family man, avid sports fan, loves music, the outdoors and enjoys playing the guitar. In his spare time, he enjoys giving back to the community, and coaching youth football and lacrosse.
Eddie Serrano
As a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and Army National Guard, Eddie prides himself with providing customers a thorough, comprehensive, and pressure free customer service experience. His goal is to help you achieve yours, with respect, patience, and understanding at the forefront of every interaction. After spending over 20 years in the customer service industry, he finds himself truly privileged to be part of the esteemed Fence & Deck Connection team.
Eddie currently lives in Pasadena with his wife and three wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, listening to a wide variety of music, and rooting for the Ravens.
Tom Simpson
Tom joined the Fence & Deck Connection family in February of 2021. With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, service and hospitality is in his veins. He will comfortably guide you through your project to ensure you have the best experience possible.
A lifelong Maryland resident, Tom currently lives in Arnold. He has 2 young daughters, Piper and Hope, and a Wheaton terrier named William Wallace. He is big sports fan and also coaches youth football.
Chad Costello
Chad Costello has been in the sales since 2001, and joined the Fence & Deck Connection team in 2021. His goal is to listen to his clients’ needs, and guide them with their projects from start to finish. Attention to detail and keeping his customers’ satisfaction top of mind are his main strength and priority. He will always consider your project as if it was his own, and will strive to do his best in explaining all of your options to you.
Chad has lived in Maryland his entire life, and currently lives in Carroll County with his wife, 3 children, and their dog. Chad enjoys skiing, mountain biking, grilling, working in the yard, and is always looking for a good reason to be outdoors!
JIMMy LARUE
Jimmy Larue, a dedicated professional, joined Fence & Deck Connection in 2018, bringing with him over 11 years of experience in customer service and sales. His commitment is to approach each customer’s project with honesty and integrity, ensuring the best possible experience. Residing in Crofton with his beautiful wife and two daughters, Jimmy is passionate about outdoor activities, particularly snowboarding, and cherishes spending quality time with his family in his spare time.
TOM REECE
Tom is a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. He has over thirty years of experience in all facets of construction and renovation as both an owner and sales representative. Tom enjoys helping customers design and create their dream outdoor living space.
He and his wife live in Bel Air, Maryland and have been married over 35 years. He enjoys spending time with his family especially his five grandchildren.

Matt Shoe
General Manager, Savannah Branch
Matt Shoe is the General Manager of Fence & Deck Connection’s Savannah branch, where he leads sales and production with a focus on growing the market. Since joining FDC in 2025, he has drawn on his background in management, real estate, and top-ranked sales at CarMax to drive results. Passionate about learning and leadership, Matt is committed to building a strong team and expanding opportunities for customers in the Savannah area. Outside the office, Matt enjoys exercising, exploring new ideas through Audible books, and traveling with his family.
Matt Bucci brings a versatile background in sales, account management, and client relations to his role as Commercial Sales Representative at Fence & Deck Connection. With experience spanning technology, education, and business development, Matt is skilled at building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions. He is dedicated to helping commercial clients streamline their projects with exceptional service, clear communication, and a solutions-driven approach.
Yassine Saigh is a Commercial Sales Representative at Fence & Deck Connection, focusing on helping clients find the right fencing, railing, and decking solutions for their projects. Prior to joining the team, he served as a District Manager at T-Mobile, becoming the fastest representative to reach that role in the company’s history in just 2.5 years. Yassine brings energy, dedication, and a results-driven approach to every client interaction.
Outside of work, Yassine enjoys spending time outdoors, gaming, following fantasy sports, and exploring new restaurants. Born in Casablanca and inspired by Ray Lewis, he is excited to grow in the commercial sales field, build a strong foundation, and become a top performer while helping clients achieve safer, stronger, and more beautiful spaces.
Gillian Hewitt
Gillian Hewitt, with a substantial background in customer service, transitioned to Fence & Deck Connection in 2010, initially assuming a similar role. By 2012, she had ascended to the position of material sales. Whether you’re in need of a straightforward post cap or a complete fence materials package, Gillian is enthusiastic about assisting you!
Outside of the professional realm, Gillian dedicates her time to cherishing moments with her son, Hudson. Additionally, she actively supports causes dear to her heart, namely breast cancer and juvenile diabetes research.
