We would highly recommend hiring Fence and Deck Connection for your fence and deck project. We had them install a 12 x 14 Trex deck and black aluminum fence in November. From the first contact scheduling the appointment to the final inspection, we found F & D very professional with each interaction. Kevin who was our project consultant was very knowledgeable and gave us good practical suggestions. Kevin brought a lot of samples to our home but I highly recommend visiting their showroom so you can see the full-size material plus it’s just a neat place to visit. From the beginning to the end, they were always great with keeping us informed. We were never left guessing. We received three estimates and found F & D?s pricing to be in-line with everyone else but they had the best warranty. The installation went very smooth. The installers were respectful and cleaned up when they were done. Everything was done according to the schedule and the timeframe they provided. What really impressed us is when we had a question about the lights we had installed on the stairs. Kevin returned our call within minutes and a service tech stopped by in a couple of hours of our call to show us how to work the lights. Now that’s service! We love our deck and fence. Both turned out perfect and we’re very happy we chose Fence and Deck Connection for the project.

My entire experience with Fence and Deck Connection from the sales meeting and negotiations with Andrew, the pre-construction meeting with Francisco, the scheduling of the work, to the demo and fence replacement was exceptional. Working with the entire staff and crew was very easy, which is an uncommon occurrence in today's business world. We was truly impressed with the crew who completed the demo and installation in one day! On the first day of what we were told would be a 2 day job, the materials were delivered at 7 AM and the crew arrived promptly at 8 and immediately began the demo. When my wife and I left for work at 9 AM, we figured we would have a partial fence installed. Imagine our surprise when we returned home around 5:30 PM and found the crew just leaving. The crew foreman (I do not remember his name) stayed and told us the job was done and proceed to show us our new fence. He explained that he called an an extra crew so that they could complete the job because he did not like the idea of us not having a fence up because of our dog needing to go out, the possibility of deer coming into our yard from the woods, the fact that we have a pool, and an approaching winter storm. We were impressed that he took his job seriously and did what needed to be done to ensure we did not have to go without a fence. Needless to say we are very happy that we hired the Fence and Deck Connection and will gladly tell our friends about the exceptional service we received.

Production Assistant, Steve Ghiardi, likewise was very professional, made timely site visits as needed, leaving calling cards with notes and sending follow-up emails detailing next steps. Both Tracy and Steve responded promptly to my requests and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to requirements. The Installation team arrived early, did an excellent installation job, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, then Steve followed up with a final inspection. Totally, a very good experience and a pleasure to work with these individuals and the company, Fence and Deck Connection, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to write you, at the Front Office, to make you aware of what was a tremendous customer experience. My wife and I had considered purchasing a fence for our home for several years. This year we decided to make the move and sourced six quotes from local companies. We have a fairly standard 75 x 100 yard with a neighboring fences on some of the property lines. Our goal was to establish a fence in line with those fences, and ensure the property lines were legal, while ensuring we did not give up property. And all for a affordable cost! We met with several companies before yours. Every one said that what we wanted was impossible or impractical. We wanted a four-sided fence with the nice side out all around. Those that said we could have that argued (yes argued) we had to give up at least a foot of property line for proper nailing. In addition, those same companies either told us a land survey was not necessary or wanted anywhere from $800-1500 for it. Then enter Jeff Gottleib and your company. His initial sales pitch was incredibly simple - find a way to say yes to what I wanted. He looked at the property line and said we can do it. He heard my concern about legality and ensured me a survey would take place and at an incredible price! In short, he fully met my desires and then exceeded my expectations!! The positive experience didn't stop there...Jeff's communication efforts were extraordinary. He informed me every step of the way in the planning and scheduling process. Further, he acted as a go-between with the survey company. Exceptional above and beyond what I thought of a sales-guy. I want to also ensure kudos are given to Alberto and his production team. He and his four-man crew were consummate professionals! The product they fashioned is beautiful. Truly amazing is how incredibly close they were able to place that pesky neighboring fence line portion. These gentlemen deserve a raise! I was incredibly impressed by the workmanship and attention to detail. Even their customer service was extraordinary...I had many piles of downed tree branches I was intending on cleaning up - this crew cleaned everything up. That touch was special. Not for the effort but for the thought. And once again, after our walk through we noticed a very small deviation on our gate that would need to be fixed. We showed it to Jeff and he immediately worked to schedule a rectification. Your product, service and reputation are solidified with us for years to come. We look forward to future projects with you! Thank you for choosing quality and service over commercialization. It shows and we will be back because of it.

Arnold Anne Arundel Testimonial of our positive experiences with Fence & Deck of Millersville, MD Recently we had a 6' wooden privacy fence installed around the perimeters of our backyard with decorative metal gates and railings. We initially discussed the fencing style, cost, and procedures for installation with Kevin Bullion, Sales Consultant and Project Manager. Kevin made several visits to our property to discuss all phases of the project with us and answer all questions that occurred during the planning process. He was always pleasant and professional during these visits, providing the assurance that we needed to move forward with a contract and timeline. About 6 weeks after we signed a contract to have the work scheduled, an installation crew arrived to take down the existing split rail fence and begin installing the posts for the privacy fence. The crew consisted of a job foreman and 2 laborers. Brian, the foreman, explained what the 2 laborers were expecting to accomplish, along with instructions to call him if there were any problems or questions. He left to go to another job site, leaving the remaining laborers to work independently. They worked diligently, non-stop, except when they needed to clarify something with us. They accomplished an amazing amount of work during the first day, and worked the next day until 7:30 at night, trying to finish the rest of the installation, which included the metal rails and gates. The temperature had dropped to the 30's and there was a cold wind, as well, but the Fence and Deck crew, which now included their supervisor, continued to work until they were 99% finished. The next week these same workers promptly returned to complete a few adjustments on the metal gates, followed by their job supervisor, Brian, who verified that our fencing project was installed to our satisfaction. We are definitely pleased with all aspects our fence-- the appearance, the quality, and the workmanship. Fence & Deck is a wonderful company, which is represented by honest, ethical employees from management to labor. They take great pride in providing quality materials and quality job production. We highly recommend this company for any intended fencing projects.
