We are writing to thank Jeff Hagan for making our lives a lot easier since we have our fence and deck. Now, I just open the patio door and let our dog out. The first couple of times, our dog just stood there at the door waiting for me. With no fence we used to have to go and stand in the yard in all of the elements until he was finished. These days it's a lot simpler. Jeff was a true professional front he moment he walked thru our door. We thought we had already decided that we were going to go with another company and had the other companies plans approved by our HOA. However, Jeff convinced us that we should go with Fence & Deck Connection. He informed us that his company had a lifetime warranty on parts and labor and that the installer worked directly for the company. We could not believe that our deck was built in 3 days, through the snow and cold. Those guys showed up and worked long hard hours and were very professional. (When it snows, I normally don't move) We looked out the window and they were building away. The fence installers had it a little worse, they had no shield from the elements and they pushed right on through the snow and cold to put our fence up. Which we are very pleased with. You have a very dedicated group of individuals working for you and we like that. Everything Jeff said he was going to do got done. He came and did a final walk-thru with us and explained some things through email. We are really glad that we decided to use Fence & Deck Connection. Lastly, I have given my very impressed neighbor your information so hopefully she will be calling very soon.

I wanted to let you know about a project Fence and Deck Connection did at my home in October 2010. First of all, I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Kyle Johnson, your design consultant. Our project was a small job, but Kyle did not treat it as such. He seemed to want this project as much as we wanted it done. He offered a number of options and suggestions that resulted in a cost effective, well designed project. My experience with the construction crew was not a disappointment either. They showed up and went right to work, taking care with not destroying our property or landscaping. Our yard was clean when they were done. We are very happy with our fence and we have received a number of compliments from our neighbors. Thanks for giving a product we will enjoy for years.

We are writing this letter to sincerely thank Jeff Wall and his professional team upon completion of our deck. Jeff and his team worked with us very closely to design and construct our deck this summer. We now have a striking looking deck that blends perfectly with the architectural design of our house. He did a great job in taking time to understand our taste, style and needs. He demonstrated our thoughts graphically through his software, incorporated excellent revisions and ideas for the deck design until we all had a good grasp of the finished look. He worked with us through several design reiterations to pave the way for a seamless integration of the deck with our house. Jeff and his team executed the deck construction with meticulous attention to details. The workmanship was superb. He was efficient, on time, within budget, and very professional. Jeff is organized, dependable and pleasant to work with.

I am writing this letter of appreciation for a job well done. Recently had a deck installed, and am very pleased with the outcome. My point of contact was Dave Kennedy and without his advice and many consultations, don't know if I would have been as satisfied. Dave was very helpful in offering advice and assisting in helping to make some difficult decisions. He assisted my daughter and I in making the decisions whether to go with composite or pressure treated lumber, as well as railings or aluminum posts. I valued his opinion, and it made the difference in my satisfaction with the deck outcome. In the future, if I need a fence, or move and require another deck, I definitely would contact Dave Kennedy since he was so very helpful. Again, I wanted to pass on my complete satisfaction. In today's world, that statement is very seldom heard, and recognition should be given.

Kevin, I just wanted to let you know what a tremendous experience we had working with you and your team. The estimating process was exactly as you said, you gave us a solution to a fencing problem that we would not have thought of ourselves, and you gave us time to think about it before finalizing. You were also completely honest about not being able to commit to a specific date for the installation, even though we pressured you to do that before signing the contract. You did get us on an early schedule, and the office then called in to check with us the day before, very professional. Finally, on the day, your team was just unbelievably professional. They arrived early, did a magnificent job, built a beautiful fence while leaving zero clean up, and then they vanished before we could even tip them. I've copied this email to my local list serve, as we've had several fencing contractors and your group was easily the best, people should also know that the price was highly competitive.

My name is Wendy and I am writing this letter to thank you all for the great job you did installing my white picket fence in such a timely manner. I had asked Kyle if it be installed before my husband came home from Afghanistan. He wasn't sure at the time, but always found me an answer. The crew came out on Thursday or Friday a.m., I believe it was, and they completed the job by 2 p.m. and my husband was due home that Saturday. So I just wanted to say a huge "THANK YOU" and "KUDOS" for getting the job done timely and beautifully. My husband was definitely surprised and we can let our 2 little poodles out in the yard and not have to worry anymore. I wanted to build a fence before the Spring of this year. After some research I chose Fence and Deck Connection. This company is unique and prides itself on having a lifetime warranty for their work. I worked with Jeff to plan my fence project. Jeff was friendly, professional and worked with me to figure out which fence would work best for me. As soon as I had HOA approval, Ben had a crew scheduled to build the fence within a week. The crew came out, wasted no time and worked meticulously to get everything right. I would like to express my gratitude to Jeff and David for their outstanding customer service. Being a 1st time home buyer, I had no idea what I needed to do about my backyard. All I knew is that I wanted a fence and maybe a deck. I was not aware that Fence and Deck Connection could install patios, but Jeff suggested that I should consider having a patio installed. I was very shocked as well as pleased. That made me feel as though he was not out to just take my money, he was concerned about what would truly work for my yard space. Thank you so much for being our project estimator/coordinator on our fence. We love our fence, and our dogs and neighbors love it too! Is possible for us to receive mailing addresses for the two workers on the project? I do not remember their names from our first introduction. Brian, we want to convey what excellent workers they are! I communicated with the lead foreman (slightly older, taller worker)mostly, and I told my husband that he is one of the best examples of "integrity in the work force" that I have ever witnessed. With my architecture experience, I've been around contractors and laborers for 25 years and he had the most professional manner, competent with excellent meticulous work ethic, hard working and diligent. Plus he was an absolute gentleman, humble and very respectful, and great with our dogs. We also loved his music that he played, very uplifting & encouraging (very refreshing on a construction site). I kept thinking that the younger worker is following in the steps of a man with great character and integrity and will do well to watch and follow him closely. I hope and pray our son is this kind of worker in the workforce someday.
