The entire project was very well executed, from professionalism of the estimate, to the price point that was way lower than others we received from other companies. The project manager ensured all the fine details were followed up with and the work crew went above and beyond spreading excess dirt from the project right where we needed it in our back yard. This company definitely deserves the well-earned 5 stars!

Fence and Deck Connection was wonderful. We received a fair quote to replace our old fence. The sales department was really great to work with. Eddie took his time to explain all the options that I had, he was not pushy, very polite and professional. He gave us time to discuss and decide what we wanted. My wife and I agreed that this would be a great choice. Next we worked with Francisco. He led us through the process of what was going to happen, gave us a date the crew showed up and they did a wonderful job. We were told that it would take maybe two days but they finished in about a day and a half. The crew cleaned up the areas they were working in and left a yard in order. Francisco came back the next day to inspect the job we told him we were very pleased. Thanks again for our new fence it looks great.

I just want to say that my family is very happy with the chain link gates. Eddie Serrano was great when he came down to see what we wanted. He listened to us. Then he gave us his ideas which were great. He kept in contact with us. When I emailed him with questions he got right back to me. I like that type of service. The way he handles everything and treated us made my decision easy to go with your company. Cheryl Taylorson was great and very helpful when setting up our appointment. When I emailed her to ask a question about payment she responded right back. Bill Wolfe came out to see what his crew was going to do. He was great. Very easy to talk too. He got everything lined up. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very friendly and pleasant. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything as they were working. We were very pleased with everything. William came by for the final look to make sure we was happy with the work and to make sure everything was done as planned. He was very friendly and pleasant. I have to say this was the best service we had in a long time. We will contact this company again when we need something done. I'm very pleased.

Thanks so much for putting in my fence. We love it. The guys that put it in Brian your foreman was so easy to work with and explained everything they were doing. They spent the day here and got it done. Cleaned up after themselves there was nothing left behind. And also explain that if I had any issues not to hesitate to reach out. You guys had to come back to fix a few things. They made it so easy and your second crew was awesome to deal with as well. I’ve had a fence put in by you guys before and I have never had any issues, that is why I hired you again. I’ve gotten more compliments on this fence and would highly recommend you.

Working with you was a pleasant experience given the fact that we never met but did exchange endless e-mails. I very much appreciate the fact that you made yourself accessible for discussion and answering my never-ending e-mails seven days a week. With my being 9,000 miles away presented a challenge in looking at photos of fence styles which in itself generated endless questions from me. My overall experience working with you and Fence and Deck Connection was very positive. Your explanations were clear and thorough and your second visit to go over details was very helpful for me in making my decision. The fact that Fence and Deck had "real cedar" available was the final factor in making my decision. I also appreciated the fact that Fence and Deck handled all of the permitting issues. The crew that worked on the installation certainly seemed to know what they were doing and worked well together. Several days after completion of the job the supervisor came out to check on it and there were a few boards with splits that bothered me. Within a few days someone was here to replace them. I am looking forward to some consistent spring weather so that I can start getting the deck area ready for hanging plants, filling the planters and putting up some decorative pieces on the fence - and then sitting out there and enjoying the new look.

Our sales guy, Eddie, was great! He took the time to answer every single question. We never felt rushed or anything like that. Didn't have too much contact with Francisco but he was excellent too. The installation crew was OUTSTANDING! Every detail mattered. Many times, I feel compelled to watch people work so I know what type of job I'm getting but this crew I looked out the window twice.
