My experience with Fence and Deck Connection was the best of the best. I began my journey to having my old deck replaced with a new one in December 2024. I sought multiple estimates and was met with varying prices and sales persons who were less than satisfactory. Not with Fence and Deck Connection. The sales consultant Chad Costello was respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I had multiple questions and a unique tear down and build. He generously walked me through options and always was willing to answer questions. I received a quote that I was happy with and proceeded along for HOA and county permit approvals. I was met with some hurdles with the county and Chad assisted as much as he could along the way.

In the interim, waiting for the deck, I decided to seek out an estimate for a fence. Chad once again came out and answered every single one of my questions. He ended up having to come out twice as we had to get a neighbor on board because of property line concerns. Chad provided every option to both of us and was always friendly and knowledgeable. He again assisted in answering questions that came up from my neighbor and I, even after proceeding with the planned project and his part was done. Once everything was approved for both the deck and fence, communications continued with the project managers for the builds.

Both Steve and Murray were great with communication when they came on site and through multiple emails. My questions were always answered and they were always helpful. Scheduling was easy for both projects. The teams that came out that did the builds were great as well. Each had a crew leader. Teo for the deck was so great to work with! Great communicator throughout the two days! Brian for the fence also took the time to talk to me about options for the fence leveling due to slopes in my yard. Both projects were completed within a week of each other and I’m extremely satisfied with both my deck and fence. I would highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection to anyone looking to get some work done. Pricing was very competitive and the customer service is the best out there!

Our experience with Fence & Deck Connection was very positive. The price estimate was reasonable, especially relative to those of competitors, and there were no cost overruns. The work itself was completed in a professional and timely manner, despite inclement weather. I especially appreciated the approach of building the fence “on site”, as opposed to bringing in prefabricated sections, and the resulting fence followed ground contours nicely. The finished product looks great and seems to be very sturdy. Fence & Deck Connection was my first option because of the design feature on their website. I could see my yard in an aerial view and draw the fence where I wanted it placed. I could also choose the fence style and it gave me an estimated price. During my initial appointment, I was actually surprised it was much less than the website quoted! We had 3 visits before the build where a representative came out to mark the areas for the crew and a last walk through for specifics (downspouts, siding interference from being against the house, etc). The crew came onsite as scheduled and finished in one day! It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. I will refer them to anyone that asks.

Chad and team were wonderful to work with. They made suggestions I wasn’t originally thinking about and it looks great. We had just moved in and wanted a fence to bring the home and yard together for our two dogs. This was instrumental to making our new house our home. FDC was professional, thorough and easy to work with throughout the entire process of updating our existing deck. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and the price was very competitive. Project management kept us informed about the removal and installation process and worked with us on issues that can arise with an existing deck. The installation crew was prompt, hard working and did an excellent job. The one minor post-installation issue we experienced was quickly addressed and rectified. I would use FDC again in a moment and have given their name to the coordinator of our HOA in case she receives any inquiries about other residents looking for deck assistance.

I would highly recommend FDC to anyone that I know is looking to get a fence installed. From the very beginning until the project was completed FDC and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, on time and attentive to what I was looking to achieve with my fence installation project. From sales through construction, the people of Fence and Deck Connection did an excellent job building a new fence for me. Chad Costello, the sales consultant, was personable and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me.
