Overall we had a great experience, far beyond expectations. From when we closed on the house to when our deck was done was less than a month. Everyone through each step was great to work with from beginning designs to applying and obtaining permits to construction. Would highly recommend FDC to anyone. Our neighbors were jealous that we were able to get it done so fast. I would like to extend my appreciation to everyone at Fence and Deck Connection for a job wonderfully done. Starting with Tom, who was great and always responsive, we were able to navigate the town bureaucracy (revealing zoning errors on their part) and ultimately were able to get a building permit. The Fence and Deck installation crews were prompt, efficient, meticulous and totally professional. Murray, who supervised the installation process, was on the job and likewise kept us informed of scheduling. He always kept us in the loop and he was a pleasure to work with. I could not ask for a better experience and would highly recommend them without reservation.

Overall, the Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate to me all l needed to know. After talking to him, it became very easy for me to decide who l needed to install a deck for me. I’d say he’s a very important asset for your business. Very happy with the finished project. Steve was a wonderful project manager. He answered all of our questions and followed up to check progress while we waited for HOA approval. Communication efforts were returned quickly and scheduling was right on target with our estimated date via the contract. Would hire fence and deck again in a heartbeat.

Very professional organization and the overall design drawing were excellent. The production team stayed on schedule with the delivery of materials and the setting up of inspections. Our experience with Fence & Deck was extraordinary from the beginning. We were paired up with sales consultant, Tom, who not only took the time to assist us with designing our deck but went above and beyond to make sure we were able to have a specific decking material not easily found in today’s market. Tom came to our house to answer all questions the times we needed to meet in person, he was very quick in replying to our emails and never failed to follow up throughout the whole project. He even came after the deck was finished to make sure we were satisfied with our final product. We truly appreciate Tom’s input throughout the designing process which helped us finalize our project. The crew was very professional. They communicated with us and delivered a high quality product on time. We also had a wonderful experience with our project manager, TJ, who also responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner.
