Chad and team were wonderful to work with. They made suggestions I wasn’t originally thinking about and it looks great. We had just moved in and wanted a fence to bring the home and yard together for our two dogs. This was instrumental to making our new house our home. Our real estate agent even saw the fence and asked who we used to put it on her suggested vendor package she gives to new home owners. We love it and everybody that comes over always comments on how nice it looks. Would recommend using Fence & Deck Connection.

FDC was professional, thorough and easy to work with throughout the entire process of updating our existing deck. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful and the price was very competitive. Project management kept us informed about the removal and installation process and worked with us on issues that can arise with an existing deck. The installation crew was prompt, hard working and did an excellent job. The one minor post-installation issue we experienced was quickly addressed and rectified. I would use FDC again in a moment and have given their name to the coordinator of our HOA in case she receives any inquiries about other residents looking for deck assistance.

The entire process from the initial meeting Chad to TJ and the installation crew met and exceeded my expectations. The project was even finished ahead of schedule and done with excellent craftsmanship. I have been commenting about how nice my deck is since it has been built. I would highly recommend FDC to anyone that I know is looking to get a fence installed. From the very beginning until the project was completed FDC and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, on time and attentive to what I was looking to achieve with my fence installation project. I have dealt with a great number of contractors since moving into my new home 5 months ago. None of them were more upfront and/or prepared to openly discuss the project and give an estimate. FDC listened to what I wanted, gave me feedback on my suggestions and then provided me with details about how the entire process would be handled. Working with Fence & Deck Connection was such a smooth process for us! We ran into some issues with fencing around our pool, and they were able to come out quickly to make an assessment and give a quote. From sales through construction, the people of Fence and Deck Connection did an excellent job building a new fence for me. Chad Costello, the sales consultant, was personable and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. The production leader, Francisco, was friendly and professional and walked me through the exact work his team would do. The team built the fence with an absolute minimum of disturbance to both my yard and my neighbor's and the fence itself is rock solid. I expect it to last as well as the deck and other fencing projects that I've had done by Fence and Deck Connection.
