Working with you (Steve Nehus) has truly been a wonderful experience. From the first day we met, you were very honest and down to earth. I felt no sales pressure whatsoever. You were able to answer all my questions and did not push anything on me. I really felt at ease knowing that you were just there trying to represent your company and your products and not pressuring me into anything. Your communication was also fantastic. Every phone call was answered and every email was answered in a timely manner. When it came time to sign the contract, you were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and most importantly, you were very honest and true to your word. Between the time of contract signing and when the project was supposed to begin, which was a couple of months, your communication was very open and you made sure to keep me in the loop. When it came time to meet with Mike, my Production Manager, he was also an extremely nice and down to earth guy. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Mike listened to all my concerns and made sure that I was taken care of. What set him apart was actually feeling that he had my best interest at heart. After the installation was complete and we did the final walkthrough, we identified some issues both with the materials and the installation. Not once did Mike try to argue his way out of the issues. No matter how small, he took note of them and promised to address them. And that was what really set him apart; his kept promises. He addressed every concern I had and made sure that I was happy with the final result. Fence and Deck Connection is a company I wish every company would aspire to be. At the end of the day, customer satisfaction is your number one priority and it definitely shows. What makes a great company is the people that make up that company, and both you (Steve) and Mike were second to none.

This is by far the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. The sales associate was professional and helpful and answered all of my questions about the fence product and installation process. Our project manager was also excellent. He obviously had a lot of experience installing fences and answered all of my questions about surveys and permits. We do not have an HOA so the County rules apply to us. The installation team was also very professional. It may have been a slow day but the team at the end was up to 8 people and they were able to install our large fence project in a single day! We will be sure to recommend Fence & Deck Connection to all of our friends and neighbors.

My experience with Fence and Deck Connection was nothing short of great. From the first visit to talk out what I wanted to the final completion of the walkway and deck I was completely happy with every part. The crew was professional, and efficient. I am actually considering adding on railings to the rest of the deck and down the steps. That will probably not happen until after the first of the year, depending on weather and other things. Fence & Deck Connection installed a wood fence for us in July. We had a very positive experience with the company. Beginning with the first meeting with our salesman and ending with the installation of our fence on 7/1/22. Every member of the Fence and Deck Connection team was very professional. From the sales consultant, Tom Simpson and project manager Francisco Chacon to the installation crew. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what would be done and answered our questions. They were able to schedule an installation date and install the fence very quickly as they had a crew of 3 men working. I was impressed at how well they cleaned up the scrap wood debris and dirt in my yard afterward. They also explained how we should care for our new fence. Overall Fence & Deck Connection was very professional at all levels and we highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Fence & Deck Connection from start to finish. I was able to get a free fence consultation within a few days of calling. Tom was very professional when he conducted the consultation. He took the measurements and explained the process to me. He told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to install the fence once the contract was signed. It took 6 weeks. Anytime I had a question during the process Tom was quick to respond. I also worked with Francisco during the production phase who was also quick to respond. I appreciated that Francisco did a quality check post fence install. Fence & Deck Connection is a great company to work with and I was completely satisfied with my fence. I liked working with them so much that I chose Fence & Deck Connection to install some stairs in my backyard. Between their fair price, military discount, group discount if you choose them for multiple projects, and excellent customer service, I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to install a fence or deck.
