I just want to let you know how pleased we are with our fence. From the very first phone call to your business, I was impressed with how pleasant and helpful your staff was. Kyle came out to measure (not once but twice) and was amenable to any changes we made to the original plan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, despite our multiple construction delays that had nothing to do with your company. The installation crew was also very professional and friendly, showing up when they said they were going to and always smiling in spite of unexpected run-ins with hornets and yellow jacket nests. When installation was finished, they cleaned up completely leaving nothing but a beautiful fence behind. This is a letter to let you know how pleased I am with the results of the fence your company constructed for me in late May. Everything came out just as I had hoped and I have already had many compliments. You may remember that this project involved a section along the back that was approximately 13 feet high, the lower half being board-on-board and the upper half lattice. Thus, it was more than a routine yard fence project. I would like to specifically point out the work of the team leader, Scott. He is obviously a skilled craftsman whom I found easy to work with. There were several mid-project issues that had to be resolved; and his ideas, flexibility and willingness to accommodate the customer were commendable. The final result was even better than the initial plan. I would also like to point out that the other two members of his team worked diligently in his absence.
