From the moment we met you, my wife and I knew we were starting down the road to something spectacular. We just didn’t know our vision would turn out to be everything we wanted and so much more. My whole experience from start to finish with Fence and Deck Connection was great! Jimmy was super helpful by explaining details and providing different design options. One highlight of my experience was their CAD diagrams. You can see every little detail before approving the design which was helpful because I could see what the end product was going to look like. The project started and finished as per plan. They communicated what to expect and when to expect it every step of the way. The crew did an excellent job installing both the deck and stairs. I had nothing to report after they completed the project. They went above and beyond to finish a couple of minor things that were not in their scope. I highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection.

FDC was an extremely positive experience in working with a contractor on any of the projects I have recently experienced (windows, roof, my previous deck attempts). Every aspect of getting thru my deck project was positive, any question was promptly addressed and the team of installers was exceptional in their quality and the respect they showed for our property. I wanted to repair or replace my falling apart deck over 600 sq. ft with composite material. I contacted almost 10 different companies. Some suggested to repair and keep the old posts and frames and the others' suggestion was demolishing everything and rebuild a new deck. Mr. Jeff's ("Fence and Deck") explained to me why the whole deck is needed to be rebuild and his explanation was very clear and reasonable. In addition, the cost for the demolishing the old deck and rebuilding new one was not that much difference comparing with other estimations I got just for the repair. Their crews are very hard-working people and courteous and finished the deck in 5 days! I also very appreciate that they built extra steps under my two French doors for safety with no cost for me. I would very strongly recommend "Fence and Deck" to whoever planning to upgrade your house. Fence and Deck knows what they are doing and responds promptly for any A/S and fixes it right away. I really thank to Mr. Jeff and Mr. TJ and all other crews working for my deck project.

From Betty and my first visit on site with Kevin Bullion, we knew F and D would be our contractor. Kevin's knowledge of decks and his suggestions allowed us to make critical decisions in designing the best deck for our needs. TJ Farley, our project manager, guided us thru the entire process of permitting and constructing our deck, was responsive to our requests and in the end made sure we we satisfied with every minor detail of the finished product. The construction schedule including start and finish dates were spot on. And I can't say enough about Jose and his crew. They worked with Betty to make sure every step in the construction process was explained and assured her the job would be done as if Jose was building the deck for his grandmother. In return, Betty gave them a daily dose of homemade cookies and a pizza party as her thank you!

Fence & Deck Connection recently added a deck extension outside of our screened in porch. They did an outstanding job. They connected the new decking to our already existing porch landing and no one would know that the extension and the landing were not built at the same time. Their workers were professional and thoroughly cleaned the area after completion of the project. They also moved our gas grill on to the new deck which would have been extremely difficult to accomplish ourselves.

This is our second time using Fence & Deck Connection for our fencing needs. We used them 20 years ago in Pasadena and just used again since we have moved. Tracy, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and also gave an extra unexpected discount due to being a previous customer. Francisco, the production manager, came out on site for the inspection and we spoke by phone so I didn't have to miss any work time. The install team of 4 was done in a little over a half a day. You all did an awesome job from the moment I called to get an estimate through dealing with damage to the gate that occurred 2 days after the install. When I called about the damage issue I received positive information from everyone I spoke to and was assured it would be fixed as soon as possible. Francisco came out as soon as he could, saw the issue and stated it would be fixed and installed in a stronger manner which was actually suggested by the foreman the day of the install but he didn’t have an extra 2x4 to make it work. The repair is scheduled for tomorrow and I have no doubt it will be done correctly and, in the time, frame we were given. Excellent job!! I received a quote that was fair and decided to proceed with them. We had an installation date scheduled but I was having issues with my HOA. The re-deck was expected to take 1 1/2 days but was completed in one day. When I saw it, I could only smile and be excited about my beautiful new Trex deck. What a piece of mind to have a lower maintenance, gorgeous deck here on out!!! Follow up occurred as well to ensure my satisfaction of my finished project. Hands down, no issue whatsoever. Tom was very professional when he conducted the consultation. He took the measurements and explained the process to me. He told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to install the fence once the contract was signed. It took 6 weeks. Anytime I had a question during the process Tom was quick to respond. I also worked with Francisco during the production phase who was also quick to respond. I appreciated that Francisco did a quality check post fence install. Fence & Deck Connection is a great company to work with and I was completely satisfied with my fence. I liked working with them so much that I chose Fence & Deck Connection to install some stairs in my backyard. On top of that, any sort of product of significance has been on immense backorder due to the Covid situation that is ongoing. I know you all hear me rave about my gorgeous deck and recently we added a concrete patio and hot tub right next to it. Well the hot tub we purchased was great but it was too big for the patio area, it fit but there was no easy way to access it without walking into the grass. Where do I begin? Our situation was a little different - our permit got held up for ALMOST A YEAR with the county due to a comprehensive design we had. How thankful I am that Brian was so patient with me. I made so many changes, even up to the last minute. I was not sure of the size so I changed that. Then I was not sure if I wanted to wrap the legs or add the picture frame border. In the end I made all the necessary changes, and the deck came out amazing. I contacted Fence and Deck Connection to replace a 25-year-old deck that they had built for us back in 1995. The entire crew at Fence and Deck Connection was very professional from start to finish. From the beginning Jimmy Larue was very thorough and helpful with design ideas. He went over every detail and explained all of our options. He was also very patient with me changing my mind several times on pretty much everything from material, size and also the design. Our project manager Tim Dennis was also very professional and followed through with all the details as the project was underway. The crew was timely, polite and didn't mind me nosing around and even changing something midstream that we forgot to include. They cleaned up every night and the project were completed ahead of schedule and we absolutely love our new deck. I had 3 neighbors stop and ask who built our deck in the first 2 days and we receive compliments on the design and quality from everyone who sees it. Fence and Deck connection will always be our #1 choice because we know we are getting the absolute best of the best!!

Our experience with Fence & Deck Connection was outstanding! The crew started work and quickly removed our old stairs and began construction on the new stairs. Our backyard is a challenging landscape -- wooded area and on a hill, and the crew still was able to make quick work of the project. Also the quality of the work was excellent; our new stairs are the envy of our neighbors. The project manager kept us updated if there were any changes, and if there were any hiccups we let them know and it was taken care of immediately -- there was no hassle. I can’t believe it’s been over four years since I began working the Fence & Deck Connection (FDC) to start improving the look and quality of my outdoor property. In 2017 I had the need to replace an old wooden fence on 3 sides of my property, and that’s when I met Andrew V. Andrew was thorough in his estimating approach and came back to our house a few times to answer questions and to follow-up on our progress. That first job was a huge success; FDC completed the job on budget and ahead of schedule, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. We subsequently recommended them to friends and family, and they went on to complete 2 large fence projects for my son and for my brother. Everyone we dealt with at FDC, from the installers to the project managers, the quality control team, and the administrative office personnel, was friendly, courteous, and professional.
In March of 2021 we completed another small fence project with FDC, and they continued to provide quality work that was done within budget and ahead of schedule. It was reassuring to deal with familiar names and faces, and to know that FDC does not sub-contract their work to others. They stand behind their products, and are always professional to deal with. Now I am excited about our newest project to replace a wooded deck that is greater than 20 years old, and to expand it to include a 3-Season room for us to enjoy. One highlight of my experience was their CAD diagrams. You can see every little detail before approving the design which was helpful because I could see what the end product was going to look like. I wanted to repair or replace my falling apart deck over 600 sq. ft with composite material. I contacted almost 10 different companies. Some suggested to repair and keep the old posts and frames and the others' suggestion was demolishing everything and rebuild a new deck. Mr. Jeff's ("Fence and Deck") explained to me why the whole deck is needed to be rebuild and his explanation was very clear and reasonable. In addition, the cost for the demolishing the old deck and rebuilding new one was not that much difference comparing with other estimations I got just for the repair. Their crews are very hard-working people and courteous and finished the deck in 5 days! I also very appreciate that they built extra steps under my two French doors for safety with no cost for me. I would very strongly recommend "Fence and Deck" to whoever planning to upgrade your house. Fence and Deck knows what they are doing and responds promptly for any A/S and fixes it right away. From Betty and my first visit on site with Kevin Bullion, we knew F and D would be our contractor. Kevin's knowledge of decks and his suggestions allowed us to make critical decisions in designing the best deck for our needs. They connected the new decking to our already existing porch landing and no one would know that the extension and the landing were not built at the same time. When I called about the damage issue I received positive information from everyone I spoke to and was assured it would be fixed as soon as possible. I had a great experience with Fence & Deck Connection from start to finish. I was able to get a free fence consultation within a few days of calling. Tom was very professional when he conducted the consultation. He took the measurements and explained the process to me. He told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to install the fence once the contract was signed. It took 6 weeks. Anytime I had a question during the process Tom was quick to respond. I also worked with Francisco during the production phase who was also quick to respond. I appreciated that Francisco did a quality check post fence install. Fence & Deck Connection is a great company to work with and I was completely satisfied with my fence. I liked working with them so much that I chose Fence & Deck Connection to install some stairs in my backyard. Between their fair price, military discount, group discount if you choose them for multiple projects, and excellent customer service, I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to install a fence or deck.

I couldn't be happier with Fence and Deck. While attempting to perform a DIY myself, I found myself unable to acquire many of the materials required to install a fence. On top of that, any sort of product of significance has been on immense backorder due to the Covid situation that is ongoing. At the last minute, I called Fence and Deck salesman, Brian Hannon, and told him I would need the fence installed earlier than the time frame he could promise due to our family expecting our first child in October. Brian was able to work with the project manager to install the fence well ahead of schedule even with the complications of Covid causing significant delays in almost everything. I know you all hear me rave about my gorgeous deck and recently we added a concrete patio and hot tub right next to it. Well the hot tub we purchased was great but it was too big for the patio area, it fit but there was no easy way to access it without walking into the grass. I called my new friend Jimmy LaRue and asked him to help us by creating an access area to the hot tub. Just like all the other work Fence & Deck Connection has done for us, it looks amazing. Where do I begin? Our situation was a little different - our permit got held up for ALMOST A YEAR with the county due to a comprehensive design we had. Fence and Deck Connection helped us through that process. David King (The Sales Team) stayed in communication each month to ensure the county got what was required to proceed. He was also very patient with me changing my mind several times on pretty much everything from material, size and also the design. Our project manager Tim Dennis was also very professional and followed through with all the details as the project was underway. The crew was timely, polite and didn't mind me nosing around and even changing something midstream that we forgot to include. They cleaned up every night and the project were completed ahead of schedule and we absolutely love our new deck. I had 3 neighbors stop and ask who built our deck in the first 2 days and we receive compliments on the design and quality from everyone who sees it. I can’t believe it’s been over four years since I began working the Fence & Deck Connection (FDC) to start improving the look and quality of my outdoor property. In 2017 I had the need to replace an old wooden fence on 3 sides of my property, and that’s when I met Andrew V. Andrew was thorough in his estimating approach and came back to our house a few times to answer questions and to follow-up on our progress. That first job was a huge success; FDC completed the job on budget and ahead of schedule, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. We subsequently recommended them to friends and family, and they went on to complete 2 large fence projects for my son and for my brother. Everyone we dealt with at FDC, from the installers to the project managers, the quality control team, and the administrative office personnel, was friendly, courteous, and professional.
